Our building is NOT ADA compliant- No elevator to my office and you must be able to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to office. If this is an issue, please book a telehealth appointment.

No shows and cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged $75. A late showing of 10 minutes (without notice) or more will also be considered a "no show" and will accrue a $75 fee.

All lab work will be sent to Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp. We do not do in office specimen collections

​

We are only able to offer services to legal residents of WA state.

​

We are unable to offer free discovery consultations.
